What helps when you call
- The street address, so we can check the city or county tree rules before the visit.
- Roughly how tall the tree is and what sits under it: the roof, a fence, a pool, the service wire.
- Whether a truck can reach the tree or everything has to come through a gate.
- Photos, if you can text them later, especially of cracks, mushrooms or storm damage.
- For an emergency, whether anyone is hurt and whether any wire is down. Call 911 or Georgia Power first if so.
